Terms of use
The terms that apply when you use Answerpath: what the activities it makes can be relied on for, your data, refunds, and what stays free for everyone.

What this is
Answerpath is a teaching aid. It turns the questions and answers you type into a maze, a riddle decoder and an I have, who has loop by fixed rules, and prints them with their answer keys. It checks that each activity works as a puzzle, but it cannot know whether an answer you typed is correct: the activities are only as right as the list behind them. Check the answer keys before a lesson.
The activities are not a curriculum, not a published resource and not an assessment of any student. Wrong answers made by the rules are plausible slips, not a diagnosis.
Names used
Activity names such as I have, who has are used descriptively. Answerpath is not affiliated with any publisher, curriculum body or teacher marketplace.
What is free
The question list, all three activities on screen, the maze student page as a PDF, a picture or a print, wrong answers made for number answers, up to 3 saved sets, and backup export and import are free to use with no account and stay that way. A paid plan adds every other PDF and its keys, the one PDF with everything, no site line on the sheets, wrong answers made for word answers and more saved sets. Nothing free is moved behind a gate to make room for it.
Your data
Anything the site remembers is stored by your own browser on your own device. You can clear it at any time, we cannot recover it, and it does not follow you to another device. Save a backup file if your question sets matter to you.
Refunds
Not happy with a purchase? Email [email protected] within 14 days of a first purchase, or within 7 days of a renewal, and we will refund it. Send the message from the email address you used at checkout, and include:
- the email address used at checkout (if you are writing from a different address)
- your access code, shown on the Premium page while you have Premium on the browser you purchased from
- roughly when you purchased, and which plan (weekly, yearly or lifetime)
- the last 4 digits of the card, if you have the receipt handy
That is everything needed to find the purchase and process the refund. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have.
Acceptable use
Use the site to make activities for your own classes and the students you teach, and share the printed sheets as you like. Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people.
Warranty and liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Answerpath is not liable for any loss arising from its use or from reliance on an activity it makes, including time and printing. Check the answer keys before you print a class set.
Contact
Questions, and reports of an activity that does not work as stated, go to [email protected]. Send the code printed on the sheet and the list it was made from. An activity that breaks a stated rule is a defect and gets fixed.
