# Answerpath > Type one list of questions and answers and print a self-checking maze, a riddle decoder and an I have, who has card loop, each with an answer key. Runs in your browser. Answerpath is a browser only maker of self-checking classroom activities. A teacher types or pastes one list of 4 to 40 questions with their answers (questions up to 160 characters, answers up to 60, up to 3 wrong answers each) and it makes three printable activities, each with an answer key: a maze of square or hexagon boxes, 4 by 4 to 8 by 8, where each box shows an answer and the next question and only the correct answer touches the box a student is in (the path never touches itself, and no box off the path touches its question's right answer or a likely wrong answer, so after a wrong turn the student goes back one square; each maze is checked by an exhaustive route search before it is shown); a riddle decoder where each answer in a shuffled bank carries a letter and correct answers spell a secret message (every blank its own question, or repeated letters sharing one, the teacher's choice); and an I have, who has card loop, 6 or 8 cards a sheet with cut lines, a marked starter card and optional blank cards, checked to close into one loop. Wrong answers come from the teacher, and for number answers from stated rules (off by one, the sign, a mixed up operation, a place value slip, off by two or three), never from another question's correct answer. Fractions print stacked and powers raised. PDFs on A4 or US Letter, pictures, or printing from the browser. It uses fixed rules and a code printed on every sheet reproduces it. Questions stay in the browser. ## Tool - [Self-checking maze, riddle and card loop maker](https://answerpath.app/): The tool: one list of questions and answers in, a maze, a riddle decoder and an I have, who has card loop out, each with an answer key, as PDFs or printed. ## How it works - [How the activities are made](https://answerpath.app/how-it-works/): The rules for the maze, the decoder and the card loop, how wrong answers are made, how the maze is checked, and what the maker is not. - [Guides](https://answerpath.app/guides/): Guides for teachers: self-checking activities, writing good wrong answers, and running a card loop with a whole class. - [Self-checking activities and why they cut marking](https://answerpath.app/guides/self-checking-activities/): What makes an activity check itself, why instant feedback helps practice, and how a maze, a riddle and a card loop each catch a wrong answer. - [Writing good wrong answers (distractors)](https://answerpath.app/guides/writing-good-distractors/): How to write wrong answers that catch real mistakes rather than give the right one away, with examples from number, word and science questions. - [Running an I have, who has card loop with 30 students](https://answerpath.app/guides/card-loop-with-30-students/): Dealing the cards, the starter, pace, students with two cards, absent students, and what to do when the loop stalls. ## Printables - [Printables](https://answerpath.app/printables/): Free blank sheets to print as a PDF on A4 or US Letter: a self-checking maze grid, I have, who has cards and a riddle decoder. - [Blank self-checking maze grid](https://answerpath.app/printables/blank-self-checking-maze/): A free blank maze to fill in by hand: a 5 by 5 grid of squares, a 5 by 5 grid of hexagons, and a page to plan the path and the wrong answers beside it. - [Blank I have, who has cards](https://answerpath.app/printables/i-have-who-has-blank-cards/): Free blank I have, who has cards: 16 cards on two pages with dashed cut lines, lines for I have and Who has on each, and the first card marked START. - [Blank riddle decoder](https://answerpath.app/printables/riddle-decoder-blank/): A free one page blank riddle decoder: 12 numbered questions with answer lines, a 16 box answer bank with a letter in each, and blanks for the secret message. ## Examples and reference - [Example question sets](https://answerpath.app/examples/): Six ready sets to open and change: times tables, fractions, US state capitals, parts of speech, element symbols and French greetings. - [FAQ](https://answerpath.app/faq/): Pasting a list, wrong answers, the maze sizes, repeated letters, blank cards, printing, other scripts, saving and privacy. - [About](https://answerpath.app/about/): What the site is, who it is for and what it is not. ## Policies - [Premium](https://answerpath.app/premium/): What a paid plan adds when billing is switched on. - [Privacy](https://answerpath.app/privacy/): Questions and answers are made into activities and saved in the browser, never uploaded. - [Terms of use](https://answerpath.app/terms/): What the activities can be relied on for, your data, and support. ## Pricing The question list, all three activities on screen, the maze student page as a PDF, a picture or a print, wrong answers for number answers and up to 3 saved sets are free with no sign up.
